At Fontana Forni, we take pride in our Italian craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your oven. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Oven

  Ensure the oven is unused and securely fastened to its original pallet with all original packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help coordinate a freight carrier pickup from your location or provide a shipping label for smaller accessories.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
